  Drive Test & optimization of Telecom Networks by XCAL for Reliance JIO Maharashra responsibility of Auditing of New Sites, Tilt, Antenna Height and Orientation according to the planning database report based optimization & analysis on tools like XCALL etc. to Determine network problems like poor coverage, patches, interference, Call, SCFT, CLOT, VOLTE,SINR,RSRP,RSRQ,PCI ETC. Supervise Small Cell/IBS Installation on site etc Antenna type, azimuth and Ht. planning Use of voice KPI’s to monitor the quality of the network such as RSRQ, RSRP,SINR, PCI, THROGHPUT and other parameters whwn required and compare the performance after introduction of changes. To find the Network Inconsistencies using Dumps and KPI Reports and to remove the same. Proposing recommendations such as defining Missing Neighbours Additions, Frequency and Hopping Parameter Changes. Suggesting physical changes such as Tilt,Orientations,Height and Type of 4G antennas. Drive log processing, Analysis & troubleshooting for RSRP, RSRQ, RSRI, PCI, SINR,THROGHPUT,CQI, Handover. Monitoring Cell Utilization& planning of new capacity sites. Analyze the drive test data and identifies problem areas with recommended solutions. Finding the Network Inconsistencies with the help of Business Unit of customers for new town and providing the solution within the time limit. Responsible for checking & submission of SCFT & cluster reports to customers.
