  In my field training at PSAU IT department I was responsible for creating and developing an inquiries app for PSAU students and faculty members about courses, university or college updates, exams and other university-related questions. An integrated database between PSAU and the inquiries app gives the students and faculty members quick access to view their current or past courses, it also provides past or present versions of books or slides related to the subject needed and the ability to be monitored by the PSAU IT department and specific faculty members of each college.
