In my role as the Project Manager at Averee, I assume responsibility for managing and supervising the launch of the innovative Averee platform. Additionally, I steer the execution of technology roadmap initiatives that steer Averee's aspiration of becoming the preferred shopping hub. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ☞ Strategic planning of Averee’s Re-platforming project including tracking and managing Project timelines. ☞ Create detailed project plans in collaboration with key stakeholders that outlined project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables. ☞ Implemented Agile Scrum rituals (stand ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, etc) within the team to improve communication between team members and acted as a liaison between our development team and the business stakeholders. ☞ Managed and Co-ordinated a cross-functional global team of IT personnel for prioritizing the project backlog items and co-ordinated and assisted in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process. ☞ Managed and communicated dependencies, issues and risks early to all stakeholders and implemented and directed actions to achieve resolution in a timely manner. ☞ Created and managed the relevant project documentation that captures relevant information for both technical and business audiences. ☞ Monitor the development progress throughout each sprint to ensure project is within scope and budget and navigating project engagements efficiently and effectively. ☞ Identify and remove obstacles that block team’s ability to meet project objectives and provide leadership and guidance to ensure that project goals are aligned with organizational objectives.
