Facilitate the KLCC Group Crisis Management (CM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) programme by establish, review, and enhance the Crisis Management Plan (CMP) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP). Facilitate the testing and exercising to assure robustness of CMP and BCP including Recovery strategies for all risk focus area. 7. Prepare and broadcast the ERM communication on the latest enhancement of ERM governance documents by communicating the information via memos, emails or awareness session to ensure group wide awareness on the latest update. 8.
