      Design of Indigenous Silicon-Proven RISC-V based Embedded Microprocessor SoC: We have developed a RISC-V based microprocessor core that supports RV32I[M][F][C][B][V]. The SoC supports UART, I2C, SPI, PWM, Timer and GPIO peripherals with on-chip system debug and JTAG programming support. The unique aspect of the project is its completely home-grown RTL design which makes it truly indigenous and unique in comparison to using open-source cores. We have demonstrated the soft IP on FPGAs from Intel & Xilinx and the physical chip has been fabricated from Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) using 65nm process technology.
