  Currently working as Process Engineer in Operations department of Sachal Gas Processing Complex - Mari Petroleum limited. SGPC is state of the art gas processing facility comprising of two different phases named on the basis of formation i.e Goru and Tipu. Total Gas processing volumetric flow design of the facility is 280 MMSCFD with CO2 in the feed as high as 45 mol%. The plant comprises of hybrid model for removal of CO2 from the feed gas. Single Stage Membranes are used for reduction of feed gas from 45 mol% CO2 to 15 mol % . Amine sweetening unit further reduces the CO2 content in the natural gas from 15 mol% to 3 mol% which is injected into the Sales gas network as an on-spec gas. I was involved in the Successful Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and master startup of SGPC Phase-1 Tipu Plant and SGPC Phase-2 Goru Plant. My current roles and responsibilities include: Managing Shift operations as Shift In-charge. Optimizing plant performance and parameters using Rockwell PlantPax DCS system. Raising and signing off work notifications issued through SAP PM module. Managing and maintaining inventory of process consumables and ordering them by raising Purchase requisitions as per need. Preparation of plant CAPEX and OPEX budget. Preparation of daily and monthly production reports and invoices for JMC with client. Hands on experience on units like inlet separation, Memguard adsobers, Guard beds, Membrane separation unit for CO2 recovery from natural gas, Booster and recycle compressors, Amine sweetening Units, Glycol dehydration units, Condensate storage and loading facilities.
