As the Director General of Offsets and PPP, I play a critical role in the partnership between the government and private sector. Conduct ICV evaluation whenever required.• Coordinate and facilitate technical evaluation process, Commercial Bids implication, report compilation, report presentation if required• Finalizing of Contract Agreement, which includes reviewing of exception, discussing on final Scope/Specification, and schedule, liaising with the successful bidder and the execution of Contract Agreement by both parties.• Attending all contractual issues on Post Award such as breaches, default, penalty, and recommendation of extension, Amendment or Variation to Contract.• Lead or participate in reviewing, evaluating and negotiating terms and conditions of contracts that involve that impact on the company.• Identification and implementation of cost saving opportunities. Monitor market conditions and analyze contracts to identify trends in order to identify areas for possible savings and make recommendations to management based upon analysis.• Measure contract performance and assess in order to identify best value from a cost/benefit perspective• Develop and maintains positive, professional relationships with all internal and external customers.• General supervision of approved projects and ensuring quality in outcomes, cost and milestone for each project.Achievements• Successfully manage project portfolio of more than 39 projects, moving 10 new projects to operation, after joining the Authority (until September 2019).• Successfully managed a closing deal of more than six new projects.
