  As a branch assistant my mail role is to issue the policies in the system, after quoting and counsuloting the customer for the most suitable cover. Beside i am helping in filing and marketing to achieve the brand monthly target by doing some sales and marketing roles. Even i am helping the branch manager in handling some clims cases. Also i am doing the day to day cash collection and reconcilation.
