Renovation of Okoya Heights, Victoria Island• Digitized the As-built drawing of the commercial wing using AutoCAD with my team. • Supervised the retrofitting of 7 deteriorating ground floor columns. Retrofitting was done because the columns failed the Non-destructive test. • With my team, the setting out of internal walls for both the 1st and 2nd floor of the residential building was done prior to the construction of the walls. • On a team that got to understand the already built building connections such as the water systems, sewage systems, electrical systems and air conditioning, so as to be able to get them into working conditions.
