• Organize and monitor all activities related to the staff HSE training (RASCO & Contractor) on the RASCO facility• Provide HSE training courses for Operations staff (RASCO & Contractors) to comply with all the HSE competency requirements for assignment to each position• Assess and enhance HSE competencies;• Develop and provide supports regarding HSE training schedules and training needs analysis reports.• Improve the HSE procedures to achieve a well understanding and application by the staff• Ensure compliance on the field with HSE rules and regulations by RASCO staff and contractors.• Assist General HSE department/division in ensuring the constant improvement of staff HSE performance• Ensure with the commitment from other managers that the HSE training courses in the training plan are completed and updating a training plan follow-up table• Conduct training needs analysis, maintain a documented inventory of HSE training,• Liaise with other on-job training ( OJT ) trainees to ensure full compatibility of on-job, off-job HSE training and career path, • Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of HSE training and develop appropriate training solutions/changes to ensure a high level of quality and competency.• Identify, implement and maintain appropriate training facilities, materials, and resources to support HSE training needs. • Deliver different Health and safety training sessions such as: - Industrial safety - Permit-to- work Systems - Confined space entry - Chemical Handling - Safety For Supervisors
