  Ensuring & development of PQP and QIP by studying contract & specification thoroughly to meet customer’s expectation/requirements comprehensively. Study contract & specification thoroughly for developing PQP and QIPs for various projects to meet customer’s expectation / requirements comprehensively in order to reach successful ends.Responsible to monitor and control activities having critical success factors for quality of deliverables across the organization to ensure project in-charge QA/QC executes his functional responsibilities within the budgetary provisions. Ensuring that, construction / manufacturing methods are in line with Quality Inspection Plans and are well understood by concerned supervisors, places emphasis and concentration on quality cost reduction opportunities through close coordination with project QA/QC team site visits. Provide all Specifications, Codes &Standards. Ensuring that in-charge QA/QC BA/Project answers all quality related queries of the Customer to increase customer satisfaction.Assist to BA/Project management in answering all queries of the customers, relating to quality of work in order to facilitate them.Closely monitoring of rate of rejection and rework cost to analyze the negativity. Compile and write training material and conduct training sessions on quality control activities & must be conversant to coach new comers on Inspection and Testing techniques and equip them with the skill to gainfully utilize various Inspection and Testing tool and equipment.Ensuring to maintain QA&QC feed back record from various project sites to evaluate the project performance.
