As a presales Network Solution Architect, responsible for designing and maintaining high level network topology of LAN, BSO and WLAN for customer IBM on behalf of AT&T. Understanding the exact scope of customer requirement on network infrastructure and providing solution accordingly. • Design network solutions according to (AT&T) Customer Standards and Strategies to meet (IBM) customer business requirements for EMEA region • Create end to end High level hierarchical network design which includes multiple vendor’s Firewalls/Switches, Nexus Switches and Wireless devices and also support implementation team for proposed solution • Develop solution cost template by identifying and gathering all solution cost points including labor, software, hardware and other non-standard items. • Investigate the network topology and identify any bottlenecks or other issues which could be causing the instability of network, and consult to customer with solution. • Providing wireless solution including WLC and WAPs. • Interacting and coordinating with different stakeholders from IBM and AT&T (Data/Voice Architect, Sales, PM, Service Delivery) to ensure that the requirements are understood and solution is delivered as per requirements. • Coordination with Global vendors like NCR/NCS for site survey quotes and Cisco/Juniper for Bill of Materials (BOM). • Managing Network Diagrams & related Design Document. • Updating eCEP/eCRM the Database (AT&T application) for the designing implementation status. • Involvement in enterprise wide initiative, e.g. EOL device refresh, license upgrade, NetOpt migration.

Responsible for managing Backbone (Tulip Internal Network)/MEN network in various regions like Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Karnataka, TamilNadu and Kerala. My job is to maintain and troubleshoot all the issues related to Backbone. Configuration and verification of new implementation and decommissioning of links. Standardization is also part of our team which includes IP/Vlan segregation and Maintenance, configuration and Maintenance of devices. • 24*7 monitoring of Backbone Links and also maintaining and updating the diagram of network topology using Solarwind, Whatsup, Ms Visio, etc. • Maintenance of tulip internal devices (routers/switches) as per standards. • Configuring and troubleshooting of routing protocol likes OSPF, BGP/MP-BGP, EIGRP, MPLS(L3 & L2) and switching protocols like STP, EIPS. • Coordinating with various SP or internal team for quick resolution and maintaining the maximum uptime of the backbone network. • Preparing Weekly/Monthly Analysis report on network utilization/uptime/downtime and taking corrective step to resolve the issue • Filling CMF and participating actively in activity scheduled for any upgradation of device or technology • Maintaining IP scheme and VLAN database to be assigned to client, backhaul and MEN accordingly. • Project Completed:  Implemented stub and totally stub at various regions successfully  Successfully completed MTU-raising activity for south region.  Participated actively in IP migration and implemented hierarchical IP scheme based on geographical region
