  Job Responsibilities:-  Responsible in the IN and OUT movement of equipment, parts and materials FROM and TO the airport that will use for the maintenance of the aircraft. Includes documents processing such as Custom documentations, Gate Passes, Airport police clearances, Dubai Executive Office Clearances and etc. Arranges transportation and forwarding services for all orders to ensure material is delivered as per schedule.  Responsible for all duty customs sales, including certification and verification, drawback, and compliance with governmental agencies.  Supervise workers who confirm and record the receipt of shipments, prepare items for shipping, and load and unload trucks. Maintenance of accurate stores records and accounts through sound audit and stock-take procedures. Assists in sourcing and movement of the equipment, parts and materials by sending RFQ (request for quotes), PO (Purchase Order) preparation, sending and collection of aircraft parts for servicing and buying of materials required for aircraft maintenance as necessary. Maintaining their proper records.
