1.Perform shift manegerial role in steel melt shop including ares of QEAF(Quantum Electric Arc Furnace), LF ( Ladle Furnace),ISY (Intermediate Scrap Yard), MHS( Materials Handling System 2. Follow up scrap recipe, charging procedure to furnace. 3. Ensure proper melting and refining of steel in EAF within standard tap to tap time. 4.Take precautions to reduce the imminent delays and try to achieve maximum production. 5.
