• Double-up role as both Deputy Fire Safety Manager and WSH Coordinator.• Reports directly to Associate Director (Operations).• Check and ensure that all fire fighting equipments are in good condition and not being obstructed.• Ensure fire alarm and sprinkler systems are in good working order and properly serviced and maintained.• Check and ensure that all fire certifications and Emergency Response Plan are valid and filed properly.• Conduct mass fire drills twice yearly and review areas for possible improvement.• Schedule and perform periodical testing of fire alarms, emergency call points and emergency PA system.• Perform daily site checks and ensure that there are no violations under both WSH Act and Fire Safety Regulations.• Supervise teams of workers during maintenance and fabrication works to ensure diligent compliance to safety regulations.• Perform monthly HSSE in-house audit with HSSE Team on all 4 premises.• Highlight safety concerns, violations or areas of improvements to respective site and safety in-charges and follow-up closely to ensure no future occurrences.• Ensure both in-house security and third-party security contractor performs duties as stipulated and required.• Ensure compliance to the rules and regulations, policies and procedures set by the Facility HOD.• Supervise FM Crew and to ensure all daily routine services meet company’s acceptance.• Plan and execute approved additional and alteration (A&A), maintenance and repair request and approve for the facility.• Organize FM Crew, define roles and responsibilities and manage work flow within the Department.• Develop and implement approved predictive and preventive maintenance schedules and programs.• Ensure contractors’ contracts, certifications, insurances and licenses are still valid and follow up on renewal processes and/or source new contractors if needed.• Perform all other assignment and responsibilities as directed from time to time.
