To receive and sort mail and deliveries ensuring distribution in a timely manner. Providing general administrative and clerical support as required including filing, photocopying and record keeping as required. To ensure that the regional team are made aware of all reports in a timely fashion. Reservation of meeting rooms, making teas & coffees, catering for lunches, having an eye for detail and checking rooms are perfect each time. Also keeping an eye out to ensure that stationery and other items are well stocked. Responsible for collating and advertising news and events on all social media platforms.
