Review of Tender Documents including drawings, project specifications, BOQ, Scope of works, standards and contract details. Prepare tender study report to analyze the project scope of work. Prepare estimation for Electrical contracting project (including supply, Installation, Termination & Commissioning of LV Switchboards, MCC & Control Panels) as per local authority regulations (like DEWA, ADDC, AADC, SEWA, FEWA & CMW) Sending enquires to the subcontractors vendors to get competitive quotations. Analyze vendor technical offers and commercial as well in view of project specifications and standards. Participate in pre-tender meetings, site visits and preparing site visit report to analyze the project scope of work. Verify the discrepancy in LOI/LPO received from electrical Contractor and acknowledged to the same. Support technically to prepare the Technical drawings & Procure the materials. Preparing required bid documents includes commercial and technical submittal. Monitoring the production status and deliver the distribution panel within the allotted date. Computes costs by analyzing labor and time requirements. Preparation of monthly report for all the enquiries quoted, pending enquiries and orders.

Responsibilities: • Study/review of project specifications, customer requirements, scope of works, completing technical studies and prepare quotation as per above and local authority regulations (DEWA, ADQCC, SEWA, FEWA). • Handover the inputs from client to CADD manager for initial drawings/revisions and final As built drawings, review the drawings received form CADD team. • Coordinates with design and construction teams for effective projects handling and engineering procedures. • Communicate effectively with the customer and maintain high customer satisfaction level. • Technical Drawings submission to customer for approval. Follow up with customer and consultants for drawings approval. • Any additional cost implication to send the variation price to client for approval before production starts. • Release the project for manufacturing and provide technical support to production team. • Provide support for projects including FAT, Commissioning and Start up for all customers as requested. • Maintained communications with technical & non-technical teams at various levels to successfully monitor progress of the productions. • Track project status regularly and ensure to execute projects within allotted delivery dates. • Preparation of monthly report for all the enquiries quoted, pending enquiries and orders. • Preparing Labor Hour calculation for particular site modification job and Generating detailed Bill of Materials.

Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities: •Installation & Maintenance of High voltage machineries, transformers, generators, motors, Control Room, Substation including inspection of indoor and outdoor equipment’s. •Technical support during implementation of electrical projects work. Electrical network includes gas turbine generators, switchgears, transformers, circuit breakers, cables, motors, lighting and air-conditioning equipment. •Diagnose & repair the major electrical faults & breakdown equipment’s. •Conditions monitoring and implementation of corrective action on electrical network at asset unit plant maintenance. Preparing technical work scope, breakdown reports.
