  Due to the CRO TO Covering a large geographical area TOA will assist TO in day-to-day activities such as receiving acts upon orders and instructions from the Traffic officer to actively complete production targets and close contact with the relevant contractors to ensure their operations are well managed and specific CRO training, permit to work procedures are adhered prior any works near the track. Managing turnouts and the level crossing with adequate CRO signs and communication to the MNV for line changing prior to RSE operations to the line. Manage the trial run of ETIHAD train to the track as per CRO instructions and brief them the relevant drawings, statement of intent, level crossing locations, line changes, turnouts, flag system, locations where speed to be reduced, especially special focus on areas where construction activities in progress. PTW issuance and project current track construction phase briefing. Monitoring the RSG control during propelling and traction operations to the RSD.   A National Rail Network will link the principal centres of population and industry of the UAE and form a part of the planned Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Railway Network. It will run from the Saudi Arabian border at Gwheifat in west, via or close to the cities of the Gulf coast, to the Northern Emirates and the East coast ports. Package 2B: The total length is 353.72km for both sides up track and down track, from Liwa Junction to the Abu Dhabi/Dubai border. Branch lines: ICAD and KPZ. Package 2C: The total length is 181km for both sides up track and Down track, the Abu Dhabi/Dubai border to the Dubai/Sharjah border. Branch line: JBL. Package 2D: The total length is 115.32km for both sides up track and Down track, from Dubai/Sharjah border to Fujairah. Branch line: PSA. With Track work PMO - as an HSE Engineer were responsible to ensure manage helath, safety and enivironmental issues at the sleeper production factory, Batching plant and larger areas where loading&unloading of ballast and ensure various rial constuction lifting operations, Track works- Bottom ballast, sleeper dispactiching , Railing, welding, destressing, realignments, Joints all these methodolgoy of track work monitored and timily advice and risk reduction techiniques were communicated to workforce as well as consturction team for the implementaion and a safe workplace . CRO operation were a challangelble responsibility to manage rolling stock equipments movements in the line where different contractors and maintenacie team enageded on track and nearby areas for their job, In line with CRO procedure risk control, permit to work system, zone identification, flag system, managing lookouts, effective CRO trainings, hazard identificaiton on track , risk avoidence, safe distance requirments, emergency repsonse procedure, emergency stop signals and all the hazards associated with RSE movement were to be communicated to the workforce to ensure a safe CRO operation.   The 15 km branch will start at Nakheel Harbor & Tower on the existing Red Line, then run on 11•8 km of viaduct with stations serving The Gardens, Discovery Gardens and Al Furjan. The stations at Jumeirah Golf Estates and Dubai Investment Park would be on a 3•2 km underground section, before the terminus at Expo 2020 site. Trial operation is expected to start in the fourth quarter of 2019, with passenger services due to begin on May 20 2020, five months ahead of the opening of the Expo. The journey time from the Expo site to Dubai Marina is expected to be 16 min. Roads & Transport Authority had awarded the contract to build Route 2020 in June to the Expolink consortium of Alstom, Acciona and Gülermak. The 10•6 billion AED contract includes the supply of 50 train sets, of which 15 are needed for the new line and 35 to increase capacity on existing routes.
