      General Responsibilities: 1. For the duration of the project be responsible administration of scope of work defined in the Contract. 2. Actively enhance the HSE strategy and goals established by Company. 3. Ensure that the main contractor and his subcontractors take all precautions to complete their scope of work without major incidents. 4. Ensure proper planning and execution of the Engineering phase. 5. Verify engineering conformity towards contract requirements with due consideration to creating a simplified and effective fabrication phase and optimum installation. 6. Minimal work shall be a target. 7. Ensure close interface coordination with Engineering groups. 8. Establish and actively administer a Risk Register for the topside project as part of the overall project Risk Register. 11. Proactively support and motivate subordinates and contractor personnel. Sub-tasks: 1. Ensure EMDC Health, Safety and Environmental policies and plans are implemented in all Platform related activities both during engineering. 2. Ensure focus on constructability from early stage of project development during engineering and project planning. 3. Focus on effective and safe solutions to reduce risks and hazard, optimal completion on-shore. 4. Actively pursue use of available experience and lessons learned from previous projects Company. 5. Ensure an efficient turnover. 6. Proactively identify barriers to project goals and implement required remedial action. 7. Ensure, through active participation in the project management team that project progresses in accordance with the contract approved strategies, policies, plans and procedures. Show less

CONTROL AND REVIEW OF PROJECT DOCUMENT REGISTER PROVIDED BY ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS IN ORDER TO INSURE COVERING ALL PIPING/PIPELINE/SAFETY ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT, CONSTRUCTION/ FABRICATION. 6. REVIEW AND STUDY OF ANY DEVIATION FROM LICENCOR REQUIREMENTS AND OWNER REQUIREMENTS AND REPORT CHANGES TO OWNER FOR HAVING OWNER APPROVAL/REJECTION. 7.
