- Won in the 10,000 feet Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) category in the Spaceport America Cup with our rocket “Cypress”. Worked on the payload team to create a mid-air physics experiment: -Used 800V difference between two plates (using a charge pump on a breadboard) to cause a non-Newtonian fluid to change viscosity to pad against the rocket launch G-force-Tracked the forces on the payload as well as its 6-axis of rotation by methodically placing accelerometers and gyroscopes on the shell.
