My name is Arben Paloja and I am from Kosovo, I came to Norway to continue my studies within Informatics and programming in 2015. I started at University of Oslo (UiO) bachelor’s degree in computer programming in 2015, and completed the degree in December 15, 2018. After i graduateded from UiO I started applying for jobs as a Full-Stack Developerfor, and talking to people with an IT background about job opportunities in Norway. I met Abdimaalik through a friend who recommended me. He has helped me understand how important it is to build professional network in LinkedIn in order to get hired faster. Abdimaalik set up the completed LinkedIn profile with me. Furthermore, he has given me good advice and guidance on how to strategically apply for jobs and connect with potential employers at LinkedIn, meetup's and he shared with me some very useful links to attend to IT conferences in Oslo. Within two months and after implementing Abdimaaliks methods, I got my first interview and from there I land my first job as a front-end developer in Energima AS.
