Compound Manager

-Communicate with residents, provide them with comfort, receive complaints and work to resolve them as soon as possible- Work on developing the annual plan with the maintenance department, the maintenance consultant and the contractor- provide the general budget after Review with specialized departments.-Managing the daily work in the compound with all its activities at the highest level.-Supervising the administrations of the compound and coordinating among them, and the departments are (maintenance - security - call center - social media).-Follow up and implement the decisions, general policies and instructions approved by the company and work to comply with it.- Conducting a weekly meeting for the departments affiliated with the compound, following up on developments and solving any problems that exist between the departments- Make monthly reports on the management of the resort and hand them over to the owne-Compiling the estimated budget for the departments affiliated with the compound, studying it, then presenting it to the owner and following up on its implementation after approval.
