  Follow up production process to ensure the quality of product by performing the needed IPC tests during processing & packaging, which includes the following SOP's. Powder Preparation Tablets. Syrups, shampoo, dry suspension & solution. Creams & ointment. Hard & soft Gelatin capsules. Suppositories Sampling of bulk products. Primary packaging. Check the product in each production stage according to the acceptable quality limit and related SOP, to approve/reject the transition to the next stage. • Verify proper identification materials and products such as (Name of the product, Batch number, weight, date and the employee signature), in production areas. Daily and periodic tours to ensure the application of good documentation rules and GMP rules in production department during manufacturing process. Coordinate with calibration department to ensure that all IPC's instruments are maintained and calibrated in compliance with the related SOP. • Ensure GMP Compliance for daily activities during batch manufacturing (cleaning, Line clearance, Deviation handling, calibration, Preventive maintenance) Show less
