  Electrical Procurement Engineer – Responsible for all procurement and purchasing of Bulk Equipment, Cables, and electrical materials (Equipment, materials and consumables). Analyze and negotiate with suppliers based on price, payment terms, lead-time and quality in order to meet the target price with required specs and maximizing the cost reduction. Prepare material submittal according to BOQ and SPECS. Make comparison sheets of suppliers’ prices compared with target price. Maintain reference index of market prices of commonly used components (ex. Pipes, Poles, Galvanized duct). Make purchase orders to all suppliers. Follow up with delivery, payment and logistics. Make procurement logs of purchase request, purchase order and delivery note according to material list and project plan. Negotiate with subcontractors and prepare contracts accordingly.
