Train new supervisors in Perfect Day Leadership PDL. Coaching of PDL Foundations. Attend and participate in Pre Tour, PJSM and Debriefs daily. Track and implement PIP CAPA’s. Demonstrate leadership traits in your daily activities. Actively promote the PDL Program. To protect the environment. For the quality of service to internal and external clients. Be familiar with and apply the core values, policies, and procedures of the Company. To actively participate and promote the use of the Company’s safety management tools, VOC Process, and the Vantage Planning Process. To be part of the installation’s Emergency Response Team as detailed on the Emergency Plan and in Company Procedures. Monitor onboard operations regarding all aspects of safety and to advise personnel on safe working practices. Bring to the attention of the Person, Supervisor and OIM any breaches of the Safety Management System. Assist the OIM with the weekly Safety Meetings, develop safety meeting discussion topics and implement actions and resolutions. Attend onboard daily morning meetings with the OIM, Department Heads and Client Representative. Assist the OIM with the implementation and monitoring of the Vantage VOC behaviour base safety program. Assists the OIM and Departmental Supervisors with the follow up to internal and external audits, including the maintenance of all installation generated audit inspection records.  Assist Management in developing and implementing HSE plans and advice on operational safety matters related to operation.  Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.  Support the HSE Manager in ensuring HSE compliance on offshore units and perform regular HSE audits in the areas of business and vessel operations.  Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters.  Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as client requirements.  Ensure training, toolbox meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s offshore training and HSE program, i.e., emergency response systems, etc.  Manage Safety Statistic reporting, track and provide regular HSE performance reporting to HSE department head.  Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees.  Participate in accident investigation process to identify the direct and root causes to avoid reoccurrence.  Investigate potential hazards, dangerous occurrences, accidents, and employee’s complaints.  Actively promote, participate, monitor, and coach personnel on the HSE Policies and Requirements.  Provide updates to the OIM and HSE focal point on results of their verification activities.  Continually review the company management system to identify opportunities for improvement.
