My main responsibility is to manage several residential and commercial projects and act as the client’s representor. My duties start once being appointed by the client which include tendering for contractors and consultants, identifying required surveys, preparing risk registers, creating the project’s schedule using scheduling software programs, preparing and administrating the contract, analyzing and approving valuations, manage change orders and contract administration instructions, making sure contractors follow the approved specifications and drawings, assist with claims and disputes, and finally approve the project completion and end of defects certificates. Some of my duties include quantity surveying responsibilities such as preparing estimates and pricing schedules.

Projects:El Alamein New City High Rise Residential Buildings (Role: Assistant Project Manager)The project main scope was to construct the bored piles (1.20 m diameter/52m depth) foundations of the high-rise buildings (30-40) floors of El Alamein New City. My role was to manage the night shift in 12 hours shift routine. My responsibility was to ensure that all scope objectives were performed and divide duties on my staff. Additionally, I had to implement risks, change requests, quality, and cost adherence plans and report to the project director.Tal EL Aqareb District Renovation Project (Role: Assistant Project Manager)Construction of the piles foundations of three residential buildings in Tal El Aqareb district, Al Sayeda Zeinab. My responsibility was to ensure that all scope objectives were performed and divide duties on my staff. Furthermore, I made sure all the site works were adherent to all the planned designs and Specifications by the consultant and stick to all the site health and safety regulationsRod Al Farag Axis Cable Bridge (Role: Site Civil Engineer)Our firm’s main duty was to construct the soil foundations of the world's widest pylon bridge that joins the eastern and western sides of the Nile river. My main role was to follow the project management plan during the project's execution, acquire updates from the project manager and help with my team mates to complete the required scope of work in the scheduled time.
