  Achievements/Tasks : • Accomplished for more than 25 residential and commercial Design projects including space planning, mood board, 3D interior and exterior designs, interior shop drawings, cost estimation and materials finishing selections. • Accomplished for more than 12 residential and commercial Fit-out projects with 3 million average budget, including (ceiling work, walls decoration work, flooring work, furniture work and landscape work). • Managing a team of designers to complete projects on time and within budget according to client’s needs. • Consistently bringing great, fresh ideas to the team that are project appropriate, captures the look and attitude and which meets the client’s needs. • Conduct client meetings to discuss design concepts, materials, finishes and layout options before moving forward with a project. • Collaborating with architects, contractors and vendors to ensure interior design specifications were met throughout each project. • Prepare regular project team meetings pertaining to project tasks, deliverables, and milestones. • Reviewing all shop drawings for the projects such as (Ceiling plans, lights and electrical plans, floor plans, wall-sections and details drawings) and materials specifications to make sure it is matching the design concept. • Regular visit to the sites to Ensure that all the works done are in accordance with the approved interior drawings and specifications. • Determining cost estimate targets during the design and development Process, recommending cost effective solutions. • Establishing cost estimates of production processes and tooling costs and review alternatives or put forward recommendations for improvement. • Attending all marketing department’s meetings to getting involved at all decisions and marketing strategy to the company. • Getting involved at all interviews to choose and hire the suitable architect and Interior Designer according to their experience and their work quality.
