  I used functional MRI and structural MRI to investigate the effect of both Bell's palsy (as a disease model) and acupuncture (as a treatment module) on both brain functional activity and connectivity over different stages ranging from early onset to late (people who passed two weeks with no recovery) and finally to recovery (patients who got recovered). For my data analysis, I used dual regression ICA analysis as well as general linear model analysis methods.
