Period: From Oct 2010: present -- Rail Systems & Control Engineer at National Authority for Tunnels (NAT) in Egypt. * Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes. * Evaluate technical offers from Contractors and Consultants in bidding process in METRO projects. * Testing & commissioning of control equipments, software, Traffic & Traction SCADA system, centralized Control Point (CCP). * Supervising maintenance(Preventive & Corrective) of Centralized Control systems in Metro line 3 * Performing factory acceptance tests on SCADA system for traffic & traction of Metro line 3 for phase1 & 2 at Paris _ France & Italy. * Reviewing & modifying the specifications for line3 (phase3 & 4) and line 4. * Reviewing & modifying the design documents of Metro line 3 (phase1, 2, 3 &4), line 4 and line 1 (KOZZIKA workshop) to be matched with the specifications. * Reviewing & modifying technical specifications of Platform Screen Doors (PSD) system & Building Management System (BMS). * Participating in Experimental Worked Period (EWP) tests for Traffic, Traction, CCP, COC and SMO * Participating in Client/contractor meetings and resolving Client/engineering and management project issues. * Participated in cost estimating for Metro Line 4, Line 3 Phase 3 & Line 1 upgrading. * Review and approve project invoices.
