Abby is a leader who will step into gaps and do more than is expected of her. She is not afraid to take on additional responsibilities and do whatever is needed to benefit employees and the overall business. She was extremely professional and communicative as I worked with her and the HR team at Westfield Steel to quickly fill needs and staff the company. Abby is able to see company growth areas from a mountain-top view and strategize solutions, while at the same time completing ground-level tasks as-needed.
