It's rare to find a writer as multi-talented as Abby. I've hired her for a variety of projects—from article writing to creating social media captions to content strategy—and she tackles every task with creativity, wit, and thoughtfulness. Best of all, she's an absolute delight to work with and makes every collaboration easy and fun. I'm constantly looking for ways we can work together more frequently and would highly recommend her in any creative capacity!

There was many a moment working with Abby for 3+ years where I was incredibly grateful for her presence. Set aside the fact that she's a hardworking writer who tackles her assignments with admirable organization and thoughtfulness, Abby's positivity and kindness is contagious. She constantly lifted The Muse editorial teams' spirits up with her can-do attitude, radiating energy, and—dare I say—awesome GIF game. Abby and I worked together first as editorial interns at The Muse, then as co-workers handling various writing assignments and projects (specifically I was her editor for several reoccurring article series), and I loved every minute of working with her. When big changes needed to be made to an article, Abby listened and executed with speed and turned out better and better pieces every time. She has a particularly fantastic ability to write in a voice that's playful but authoritative, and I always enjoyed the opportunity to read and edit her stories. I know Abby and I will work with each other again (because I can't help but try to scoop her up as a freelance writer), and I can't wait for that time to come.

When I joined brunchwork in 2018, it was one of the premier in-person business networking and learning experiences in NYC, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. In March 2020, along with countless other businesses, we had to transition to a fully digital experience and create new programs to adjust to our "new normal." The Muse is the go-to destination for the next gen workforce to research companies and careers. More than 75 million people each year trust The Muse to help them win at work, from professional advancement and skills-building to finding a job. Organizations use The Muse's platform to attract and hire talent by providing an authentic look at company culture, workplace, and values through the stories of their employees. In my time at The Muse, I held a few different positions. I started off as a part-time Editorial Intern for 10 months (on top of my full-time job at LiveHealthier/Centene) the become a contractor post-internship. As a contractor I assisted with various marketing and editorial projects and also served as a Career Coach on The Muse's coaching "Career Coach Marketplace," helping 50+ clients with their resume, cover letter, and or general job search advice.
