As of August 2014 I am the Developmental Lead Coach for the COM swim team in Midland,Texas. Responsibilities include overseeing all areas involving the developmental groups, performing observations of developmental coaches, coaching various groups of my own, developing and implementing season plans for all developmental groups. I also assist other coaches with their teams as needed. My goal is to provide the necessary tools for the swimmers to be successful in and out of the pool.

In an emergency I direct the lifeguards in emergency steps designated for our facility.
