At Fraser, I help provide a variety of services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Using a multidisciplinary approach, I aid in the evaluation and implementation of children's specific treatment plans. Each plan incorporates a range of assessments, therapies, and treatments to best fit the needs of each client. This was a summer internship that I did while also taking the Bethel Psychology Senior Internship and Seminar course. I still volunteer with this organization, but during my internship I had a variety of responsibilities. To name a few things I learned and did with this internship, first, I was trained in on their data entry program, followed with 15- passenger, van-driving training.I mentored 5 girls in the South Minneapolis area, alongside leading a group a middle school and high school students in weekly activities. I planned daily activities such as visiting the lakes, attending museums, parks, and the Mall of America. I orchestrated rides for picking up kids and then dropping them off after program.

Every day for two hours I sat down with Eric Kidd's two children. One was in 7th grade and the other in 6th. I would help them with their homework, projects, readings, and sometimes drive them to conferences. Every day for two hours I sat down with Eric Kidd's two children.
