MTSS Regional Implementation Coordinator
-
Mar 2021 - Present
I provide training and technical assistance to districts in northwest Washington as part of a statewide Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) network. In this role, I focus on building district capacity in such areas as implementation science, Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), Response to Intervention (RtI), data-based continuous improvement, and racial equity. Our goal is to improve outcomes for all students and eliminate opportunity gaps for students of color, students with disabilities, students experiencing poverty, homelessness, and other traditionally vulnerable groups.
