-Successfully merged two legacy organization Raisers Edge databases into a single system following the acquisition and merger of HealthEast and HealthEast Foundation by Fairview Health Services and Fairview Foundation. -Completed a full export of our combined database which was sent to an outside partner for a full analysis of capacity and affinity for the organization to aid in our fundraising strategy. -Reviewed and updated queries and reports used for pulling data in our employee giving campaign to ensure accuracy in financial reporting data. -Analyzed past giving along with past gift officer portfolios to identify possible trends and used information to help rebuild our prospect pipeline as well as populate new gift officer portfolios. -Relaunched Fairview's Grateful Patient program, using tools from Blackbaud's Target Analytics and Omatic's List Management service. -Worked closely with a consultant from Blackbaud on intensive database cleanup projects as we move to align the two legacy organizations and move forward in the most efficient manner possible.
