I was able to gain experience of progressing sale, purchase, remortgage and transfer of equity files for a variety of clients.2. Wills Trusts & Probate - I was responsible for taking instructions and writing single and joint Wills for a wide reaching set of clients. I was able to become involved in all aspects of setting up Trusts, Probate matters and Lasting Powers of Attorney.3. Family & Litigation - I was able to assist the fee earner in charge of the department including advising clients, instructing and briefing Counsel, drafting and preparing Divorce Petitions and supporting documents, taking full instructions from clients to draft various statements and Court Documents in suuport of their case.
