Internship - Reporter & Promotions
-
May 2016 - Aug 2016
This internship allowed me to put my reporting skills to use. I created multiple stories throughout this internship for the local news. Not only did I intern in the news department, but I also took this opportunity to intern with promotions as well. Here, I created promotions for events and contests that were taking place. These were both for our website and those promotions that would run during the newscasts. This internship allowed me to put my reporting skills to use. At this internship, I worked with the radio station Y.94. I learned the behind the scenes of radio, such as blogging, creating segments and operating the different boards.
