In this role, I support For Change Co.’s marketing strategy across our social enterprises and the overall parent organisation. This involves managing social media channels, managing and updating website content and Google My Business, supporting development of digital and written communications, and working with pro-bono partner organisations. Managing social media channels - Manage all of For Change Co. Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts, - Plan, develop and create content for social media, - Create and follow a social media strategy, - Create and run social media campaigns as appropriate. Manage and update website content and Google My Business - Use knowledge of changes and happenings in the organisation to inform required website updates, - Refine content and ensure that the website is a good reflection of the work of For Change Co. and ensure ease of the customer journey through the website Support development of digital and written communications - Write and refine copy for communication that is being created by the organisation, for example Impact Reports, campaign messaging, in-venue communications, - Write and send out monthly EDMs - Ensure consistency of communications across online and offline platforms.
