As a staff consultant, I work with churches to help them build sustainable systems and processes. Beginning with an on-site assessment process where we listen, evaluate, and then make recommendations, I walk alongside churches to implement positive changes. As a search specialist, I help churches hire children's and youth pastors. Working with a search committee, as a Search Specialist I conduct all the administrative work and behind the scenes of accepting resumes, facilitating interviews, and moving the process forward.

I am a personal growth coach that focuses on self-care and the personality typing tool, the Enneagram. I help individuals and organizations better understand themselves so that they lead healthy, whole, and more sustainable lives. I provide individual coaching where I meet my clients where they are to help them understand themselves better so that they can care for themselves well. I also speak and conduct workshops for businesses, churches, and nonprofit organizations. I speak around topics relating to the Enneagram and self-care. Some of my workshops have included: An Intro to the Enneagram, How to Cultivate a Culture of Self-Care, Why Healthy Organizational Culture Matters, and How to Care for Yourself Well. I also provide retreats for individuals and organizations that create space for rest and renewal.

Assistant Director

As the Assistant Director at Day 7, I oversaw programming and assist in fundraising and development. As a newly re-launched organization, I worked alongside the Executive Director to continue to build up our base and spread our mission of connecting nonprofit professionals and pastors with self-care resources. I planned and executed community events and manage relationships with our clients and providers.

Grants Manager

I managed the grant portfolio of over $400,000 for this $2 million nonprofit organization. I wrote all grants and researched new grant opportunities for the organization. I prepared budgets, report outcomes, and worked with other staff members to collect and document all data required for funding.

Account Manager

I served as an Account Manager. I managed all client relationships which included leading regular meetings, demonstrating excellent customer service and performing project administration. Also performed social media and blog management and project management for all clients.

Director of Operations

I began my work at Harvest Hands CDC as an intern and left as the Director of Operations. Over my tenure there I served as the volunteer coordinator, program director for after-school, summer, and mentoring programs, and was involved with communication, marketing, and development efforts. I directed community relation efforts and HR within the organization. My work was a combination of detail-oriented administrative tasks and highly relational work.
