I had the privilege of working with Abbie when she was a Learning & Development Specialist on my team. Abbie is a talented instructional designer who is organized, detailed oriented, and consistently working on growing and learning in her career. Her work demonstrated excellent attention to detail and a focus on delivering impactful results. She always raised her hand to help others and get involved. She also contributed actively to creating a positive, productive culture at our organization, frequently going above and beyond her core responsibilities.

Abby is someone that comes in and feels like part of the team after the first week. I've seen her jump into her work with enthusiasm and a desire to learn on multiple occasions. I took note that she has a way of breaking down content and organization for better understanding. She is a collaborative and positive spirit, always bringing an alternative and insightful perspective to discussions and projects.

I had the pleasure of leading Abbie on our Learning and Development team. Abbie has a rare combination of skills and experience in learning design and delivery. It’s not easy to transition from the elementary classroom to the business environment and bring relevant perspective and ideas. Abbie has done this seamlessly. She manages projects and stakeholders well, she balances persistence with flexibility in moving work forward, and she applies adult learning fundamentals to all her learning experiences. On one occasion, Abbie took on a challenging project with many moving pieces and stakeholders whose time was limited but whose expertise was essential. I was impressed by Abbie's ability to not only engage the SMEs, but genuinely motivate them to champion the work. Her skillset and sense of humor will be dearly missed in our organization.
