I have had the pleasure of working with Abbie for almost 2 years. When I first began my employment at MarshBerry, Abbie was beginning to take on more responsibility to transition from a Talent Acquisition Intern to a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist. This was the first time in MarshBerry TA history that an intern would be promoted to a full-time employee and that is entirely on account of Abbie’s performance and dedication. She was immediately recognized by her managers and peers as a high performer not only setting the most phone interviews in quantity, but also having the record of most placed candidates as an intern, proving the quality behind each candidate passively sourced.
