During my time at Codel Software, I have been fortunate enough to take on a sales and marketing role that has allowed me to grow and develop within the business. As I became more experienced and confident in my role, I began to take on additional responsibilities such as software deployment, leading kickoff meetings with clients, and coordinating events from start to finish. These responsibilities have allowed me to expand my skillset, and have enabled me to make a significant contribution to the company's growth and success. In addition to my sales and marketing role at Codel Software, I have also taken on various responsibilities that have allowed me to contribute to the growth of the business in a multitude of ways. One of my key responsibilities has been managing all of our social media accounts, creating content that engages with our audience, and increasing our online visibility. I have been successful in this role, and I am proud of the progress we have made in building a strong social media presence.Another responsibility that I have taken on is planning and coordinating exhibitions, from the initial planning stages to attending the events themselves. I began my journey with Codel Software in the summer of 2015 as a data cleaner and cold caller, determined to make a positive impact within the company. However, as I became more familiar with the business, I saw an opportunity to help the commercial and sales teams with various administrative tasks. I jumped at the chance to assist with booking demo meetings, following up with participants to ensure attendance, note-taking during meetings, creating social media platforms, and producing content for these channels. My natural aptitude for technology also led me to take over the deployment process for new APHR clients, ensuring they were onboarded quickly and efficiently. Through these experiences, I developed a deep understanding of the business and built strong relationships with my colleagues, which allowed me to contribute more meaningfully to the company's growth.
