As head waitress i had to look smart as i was representing the company, I had to maintain a professional manner with good customer service skills. Ensuring the team was working well together was a must to ensure the service was at a high standard, I also had to maintain good communication skills with my manager, I informed my manager every week of new stock takes and orders, while informing him of new table bookings which needed to be organised in advance.
