  This role meant that I was the first point of contact for the public which enabled me to help support the 111 line, by taking a variety of incoming calls from patients – providing them with symptoms assessments and deliver the appropriate advice and assistance to any queries and concerns they may have had in relation to the Coronavirus. I was able to demonstrate great communication skills with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to remain calm when under pressure.

  Assigned a design project brief to identify a possible brand collaboration opportunity for Jaguar. To which, a limited-edition interior/exterior trim variant of a Jaguar F-Type model and created, by firstly benchmarking competitors and researched design trends to establish a fashion designer collaboration with Tom Ford. I then created interior photoshop rendering and constructed a design solution which was then final board presented to the Colour & Material Team. This shows the ability to be set a new task, learn and contribute in a short space of time.Skills: presentation, interior renderings, creating a professional interior design proposal
