Intern Assisted in planning the Cle Elum Pioneer Days Event over 4th of July Weekend. Contacted vendors via phone and email to plan logistics for the vendor section of the event. Experience with creating a floor plan, organizing vendor needs, confirming vendor permits and payments, and day of operations leadership. Attended weekly meetings in Cle Elum with the board of Kittitas County in regards to the Pioneer Days event. Took detailed notes for the CEO and handled any tasks given. Attended the Northwest Conference Trade show at the Yakima Convention Center in April 2018. Represented the Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce and discussed what the city of Ellensburg has to offer for visitors with a variety of organizations from all over Washington, Oregon and Idaho.
