Assist PT/ PTA with patient exercises, stretches and updating flowsheets via EMR. Understanding the “flow” of the clinic- checking the schedule to see if we need to prioritize patient treatment rooms for New Evals or for patients that prefer a room. Prioritize and plan patient care if multiple patients need the same equipment. Patients’ needs will vary – offer water, more breaks, modified exercises etc. Make sure patient is performing exercises safely. Sanitize all equipment after each use, so it is ready for the next patient and that we maintain cleanliness of clinic. Laundry must be done within your shift time to keep up with cleanliness.
