I have nearly a years' experience as a retail advisor/ cashier working in busy branches dealing with customer’s sensitive information and financial records in a diligent manner, while ensuring confidentiality and providing good customer care. This is a customer facing role. I am the first point of contact for the general public and provide support, giving advice or practical help as required. I deal with all nature of enquires, complaints, lost property, cash handling, organising mail, call centre duties and check-in services. As every day entails a different situation and I cover many roles within the port I have learnt to adapt my approach accordingly and can empathise or take control as required.
