Shadowing the Senior Assistant Community Manager, I had the opportunity to learn the ins-and-outs of developing a lease up. I toured and conducted follow ups with potential prospects as well as ownership. Planned future events for Hard Hat tours, Open Houses, and Neighborhood events to be implemented when the community began the preleasing process. Executed an exclusive program called the Solis Circle where I visited 30+ retailers in the Raleigh Area to get the community's name out there along with informing them about what the program entailed.
