      From April 2019 to January of 2022 I was employed at The Willow Farm, a pub and carvery part of the Greene King franchise. Here I was given the opportunity to exercise my waitressing skills and work confidently both on the floor and bar. I was taught how to deal with customers appropriately, whether this be in a positive or negative situation and effectively manage my time and tasks during busier periods. The biggest skill I have gained here has to be teamwork, after working with others every shift to turn tables around as fast as possible as well as communicate and delegate tasks so that even the most hectic of days went smoothly.
