  • Lead a team of 18 to 25 staff member to Inventory, collect and pack election supplies for Early voting and election day, alone with PPE and Connective testing and V-drive (the USB the ballot is copied to). • Created and streamline Procedure for large events such as Logic and Accuracy test, Early Voting drop off, Supply hand out, and Election night Drop off. Training the staff that help and create training materials that is used. • Work with the Election IT Department to update programs used for large events. • Help other departments within the EA office as needed • Process timesheets for staff • Update forms from the Texas Secretary of State and inner office forms for Early Voting and Election Day.
